Here's a list of the latest updates to the Road Intelligence Platform

New Tools

Real-Time Trajectory

We've added real-time trajectory. This tool works best on long path selections selections. You can select the post speed limit of the road you have selected to better understand if a road is congested based on vehicle speeds. 

Dotted lines represent historical trajectory data from one week prior to the current day. The black vertical line represents the current real time. You can toggle the graph to zoom in and out and scroll horizontally. 

Note that '100km/h' is the default posted speed limit selection. You'll need to manually adjust this based on your road selection.

New Features

Colour Filtering for Multi-date Selections

We've added the ability to change the colour of your path selections when you want to view data for multiple dates for the same selection. This means it'll be easier to visually differentiate between different date range data and customize the colours accordingly.  

To change colours, hover over the name of the path selection in the Path Analysis results panel. You can change colours for both or either date range.

The colour of the selection will still appear as the original colour on the map and in the Path Selections bar at the top of the results panel, but it will change to your selected colour in the graphs. To return to the original colours, press the Reset Colours button at the top of the Path Selections options.

Other updates

Single Day Queries

You can now query data for a single day. To select one day, double-click on the date you wish to view data for in the date selection tool.

We've added grid lines to trajectory graphs to make them easier to interpret
